On Friday (04.08.2023)*The Supreme Court upheld a Delhi High Court order by granting bail to Preeti Chandra, the wife of Unitech promoter Sanjay Chandra, in a money laundering case was challenged and being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate.The bench, which included CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Justice Manoj Misra, issued the judgment and asked Chandra not to leave the NCR region and to report to the Investigating Officer once every two weeks.
